Chantal Westgate is a professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.
Over the past 15 years she has developed an expertise in executive teaching in the areas of communication, influence, collaboration, emotional, relational and cultural intelligences.
She has taught in Canada, Europe, U.S. and the Middle East and has personally developed training programs of up to 5,000 participants. Adept at customizing programs and developing specialized tools and resources. Recipient of several teaching awards, recognized for lively classes that get executives to participate actively in their learning.

Pina is the Chief Commercial Officer at Quinte Dimension USA, where she is driving the company’s growth and expansion in the United States.

Karina Rizzi

Karina brings a wealth of experience in client relations and marketing. Previously, she honed her skills in advertising sales at several major media companies where she successfully managed client relationships and developed targeted advertising campaigns for major brands.

Tatiana Gauvin
Trainer
Powered by her passion to teach, Tatiana designs and delivers training programs to corporate clients, adopting a learned-centred approach respecting adult learning principles. She offers in-person or remote courses in various formats, depending on what is best for her clients.
Tatiana is also a Faculty Lecturer at McGill Desautels Faculty of Management. She has taught various courses such as Human Resources Management, Cross-Cultural Management, Organizational Behaviour, and others. Tatiana is dedicated to offer an optimal student experience and to do what is best for her students’ learning process and development. Tatiana has 10 years of industry experience in the fields of human resources and training, along with a B.A. in psychology & management from McGill and a master’s degree (M. Sc.) in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal. Tatiana is also an active member of the Ordre des CRHA du Québec and is currently completing a master’s degree (M. Sc.) in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from Université Laval.

Ross Westgate
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Ross is the chief financial officer at Quinte Dimension. Ross oversees all financial administration and of the production of presentation materials.
Ross has an MBA from McMaster University and an HBSc. from University of Western Ontario.
Ross has worked 25 years in real estate and currently advises several real estate clients.
